01Do I need to connect my bank?
No. You can enter finances manually or import transaction messages you choose to paste. Personna does not need your bank login.
02Can the AI assistant change my data?
AI suggestions are proposals for you to review. They do not silently change your tasks or records.
03Who can see my data?
Your workspace is private to your account. If you enable AI features, you choose which categories of context they may use; access is designed to be scoped and logged.
04Can I export my information?
Download a JSON export of your workspace or a CSV export of transactions from Settings.
05Which currencies are supported?
Personna is designed around RWF and USD for balances, budgets, and reports.
06Can I cancel whenever I want?
Paid plans can be cancelled at any time after billing launches. Your workspace data will remain exportable.
